How does the 30-day trial actually work?
You start working with us. We send people, you run shifts, the world keeps turning. After 30 days, if we're not the best agency you've ever worked with, you don't pay. We'll cancel the invoice or refund you. No fine print, no exit interview, no song and dance.
What does this cost?
We're not the cheapest, and we don't try to be. We charge a fair markup on every worker placed. Want exact numbers for your roles? Book a 15-minute call and we'll walk you through it. No "contact us for a quote" runaround. You get real numbers on the call.
Do you require a contract?
No. We're month to month. Walk away anytime. If we have to lock you in to keep your business, we don't deserve it.
How fast can you get workers on my floor?
Most placements happen within 48 hours of the call. Same-day is sometimes possible for urgent fills if we have the right person available. Call us and we'll be straight with you about what we can do.
What counts as a no-show for the $100 promise?
Any worker we send who doesn't complete their first scheduled shift on day one. If they don't show or leave early, you get $100. Credited to your next invoice or sent direct. Your call. Same day.
What if a worker walks off mid-shift?
Call us. We'll send a replacement and figure out the right credit on your invoice. We don't make you eat that cost.
